A Year Has Past Already!?

One of my last messages in the Philippines

Here with some friends afterwards. My good friend and fellow evangelist, Larry Balles is to the far right.

It has been a year since my family and I left the Philippines and returned to friends and family in the US. The time has flown quickly!

The pictures above were taken on one of my last times preaching in the Philippines. This is the Camanava Sector and some friends.

The attire that I'm wearing is a rather formal "barong tagalog". Suits can also be used as formal wear but, they can be too hot if you're not in an air-conditioned setting. There are more formal and expensive barongs made of pina or banana-leaves. The ones for everyday use or at the office usually are made of cotton or linen but are still considered rather formal. Mine is a bit worn after a preaching a sermon.

My wife and I had a chance to visit some of our most favorite places before we left. I also spoke in Cebu and Mindanao. We took some beautiful pictures there. Alas, they were lost in our 20,000 mile move. Luckily we have most of that trip on video so we can still relive those times with our friends.

If there's a way to upload this onto the web for free, let me know!

Time does fly so fast bro! But there's always the possibility that you'll visit us once again, right? And if you do, do visit us here in Malolos, Bulacan!

You're awesome!

We'd love to visit Metro Manila sometime soon. But, we'll visit Davao and Cebu for sure...maybe, Bulacan! We'll see. Give our love to Jet and Joyce.
